Package Disabler
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms explain what you are buying, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us when you use Package Disabler. By buying or using the software you accept these terms.
The software
Package Disabler is sold in two editions: Package Disabler (Samsung) and Package Disabler (Android), previously called Package Disabler (owner App). The standalone edition is an app that runs on your device. The cloud edition adds remote management and is sold as a subscription.
Licences are non-transferable
Every Package Disabler licence is non-transferable. A licence cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or moved to another person, and it stays tied to the purchase it was issued for.
Standalone purchase
The standalone edition is a one-time purchase. It includes premium features for a three-year licence period and standard support, with no yearly payments.
Cloud subscription
The cloud edition is a yearly recurring subscription covering remote management, software updates, and premium support. The subscription renews each year until it is cancelled.
Orders and pricing
Purchases are processed on packagedisabler.com. The price and licence terms shown at checkout apply to your order. We may change our prices in future, which takes effect for a subscription at its next renewal.
Refunds
Refund requests are assessed individually by our support team. Write to support@packagedisabler.com from the email address used for the purchase, with the order details.
Acceptable use
You may use Package Disabler on devices you own or are authorised to manage. Do not use it to interfere with devices belonging to other people.
Your device, your responsibility
Disabling packages changes how a device behaves, so back up your device before making changes. Package Disabler works without root, but we cannot guarantee a particular result on every device and we are not responsible for data loss or for how your device behaves after you disable a package.
Availability and changes
We may update the software from time to time. Cloud access may be suspended where a subscription is not paid for or where these terms are breached.
Changes to these terms
